Dean
of Enrollment Management wins prestigious award

The Pennsylvania Association for College Counseling (PACAC)
awarded Stephen Merritt, dean of Enrollment Management, the 2003 Delwin
K. Gustafson Recognition Award. This annual award is presented to a PACAC
member for “dedicated service to students, the profession and the
association.”
The PACAC, a branch of the National Association for College Admission
Counseling, is an organization that encourages and facilitates equal access
to post secondary education. In addition, it enhances communication among
families, students, professionals and institutions.
"It was quite a surprise and a real honor to be recognized by my
professional association and colleagues in this way. Being associated
with PACAC has always been a pleasure and to be recognized as the Gustafson
award recipient is a significant milestone in my personal and professional
life," said Merritt.
Merritt was presented the award at the association’s recent annual
conference in Champion, Pa.
